With this said I hope and pray for a peaceful and prosperous next year. May we come closer as humans and not as enemies, we spread and share the love and not hatred, we spread flowers and not swords. In the immortal words of John Lenin "You may say I am a dreamer. But I am not the only one some day you will join us. And the world will be as one."

Lets be one for 2015
I see colour in front of my eyes fading, in darkness they disappear. I try to grab some, before all is gone. The colours, the bliss, that will always move by you swiftly touching you, but never static for you. You will always be entangled in darkness. You reach out and grab all you can, celebration be it any occasion must be shared and celebrated. The truth is, life will always be painful, it will get harder and harder every step on the way. The small pleasant bumps on the roads on misery will distract us from our burden. Moreover its the happiness that gives meaning to our lives, that make small things great, our elations are always short lived its up to us make it last long by sharing it.

Always smiling but not happy
As people make funny faces for their kids to make them
laugh they are amused by the facial expressions and are forced to let out a
laughter, which satisfy the huger of the people for their chuckles. Although
this may seem like it but it’s certainly not the moment of birth for smile. The
birth of smile goes deeper with in the subconscious. A human’s greed is a gaping
hole in its mind which pushes him to a never ending endeavours. Although, He
have been told to try and try again to achieve his goal, no wise-man ever said
to blindly duplicate the efforts towards the same goal. Keeping that in mind, he
make same funny faces again and again to the babies in his frail attempts to
hear their giggles. As a result it loses its charm just like a joke loses its humour
after being told a many times. Furthermore, He is not willing to learn,
therefore he continue these attempts, while it makes the infant chuckles for a
few times its gets really tough for them to laugh at it. As a result of that they
get annoyed and frustrated by the unstoppable attempts of adult to make them laugh.
To stop the adult an infant tries to fake their chuckles. Although, it is not a
laughter it still satisfied the adult and they leave the infant alone. Furthermore,
this process is repeated every time an adult annoys an infant with funny face or
an infant is unable to find humour which genuinely forces roar of laughter. This
is the moment where a smile is conceived.
Now these kids are grown up and are teenagers, they
gather with friends and share jokes. In their amicable gathering they don’t imitate
laughter but instead they share roars of genuine laughter, at the same time they
give out an ounce of smile but it is immediately replaced by a loud chuckle. This
is where smile flourishes, the nourishment of smile continue in friendly
gathering of family and friends. But somehow smile which is only the trigger
for laughter is more important and is socially more acceptable as an expression
of happiness then the laughter itself. Moreover, it is a calamity to social norms
to effuse laughter in the conversation. As a result of that, many of the declamation
require people to be ecstatic without a show of laughter. For this reason, everyone
counterfeit an expression of happiness on their faces. Although, this
expression is pleasing to the crowd, it lacks the sensation of bliss. As it is
mere mockery of true phrase of happiness.
Moreover, a smile is not an only expression of
happiness, it’s a laughter in transition. It is not hard to stretch one’s lips
and move on to a healthy chuckle, but it is injurious to one’s true persona to demonstrate
something that is not genuine. This is to say writers and readers smile when
they feel the delight from within which comes from the word of a book, friends
and relatives smile when they feel the warmth of their heart, the feeling of
joy and contempt lashes out on their faces. But people who fake smile on their
faces have dedicated themselves to act in public, to be seen, to be known as someone
who is always joyful. As a result of that, everybody is programmed to hide their
grief and sorrows and fake a smile on their faces to please other around them.
This is only because not everybody is willing to share the pain but they are
keen on sharing your jubilation. Therefore, by smiling the only brand of people
you will make friends with, are the ones that will feed on your happiness and refuse
you of any relief for your misfortune. In order to get grief sharing friends
one must show them the true identity of one’s self. To smile on genuine feeling
of bliss from within their heart, to give a loud chuckle uncontrollably right
after.
In conclusion, being true to one self is genuinely living;
to express emotions freely, to laugh hard with happiness, to jump with joy, to
hug for love, to let out tears in pain, these all indicate the true sensations.
Being true to one’s feelings is the only way to come out of the cage that they themselves
have created around by imitating their feelings. One should not murder their
persona in order to please other. It is always healthy to let people know of
the true self and let them decide, this is the only way to be truly free.

Book review The Alchemist
A book long overdue
Every book is a journey, with every line transporting you further into the realms of the author's imagination. The books of fantasy allow readers to look into the world, that had never been seen or thought of before. Fantasy book starts with a very big WHAT IF. What if there was another reality, a reality so exciting and complex that it boggles your mind, sheer beauty of it images of gives great pleasure to you. A reality that keeps pulling you deeper within. Distracting you from your mundane reality, with images that shows the colour of life you have never seen before, the constant fickleness that keep you on your toes and prevent you from closing the book and jumping out of its reality. I came across one such journey, when I started reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
This journey will start from nothing and will lead its readers to see wonders and witness miracles. In this journey reader meets many people, whose words and acts may seem useless at the time, but as the journey deepens, the readers will find those eloquent words prophetic. This journey will teach many things along the way, it will keep pulling you deeper inside. To make you realise and care for many things in your world. It will end on a high note, that will leave its readers speechless.
This book is about many things destiny, love, hardships, taking risks, learning, socialising... I could go on but some readers may find even more things when they read this piece of literary art. This book posses the wisdom that will train you mind to never give up. It will increase your hope to an extraordinary level. After reading this book you will be charged with hope and energy to run towards your set goals. You will start seeing bright future. It is a must read for anyone preparing for exams or thinking that they should give up. It will define you what the real treasure in life is, and what one must do to achieve his or her goals, and how willing one should be to get to these goals.

Attacks on Pakistani Journalist and Miscommunication
Journalism under attack in Pakistan
I was sad to hear the news about the alleged attack on a senior Pakistani journalist Hamid Meer in Karachi. Fortunately he survived the attack, but he was injured and was admitted to local a hospital. According to recent news from his doctors he got hit by 6 bullets, he was operated and the operation was successful, he is out of critical condition and is now recovering in hospital.
Journalism has been under attack in Pakistan for a very long time. This threat has notoriously brought Pakistan to 10th most dangerous country for journalists. Extremists are to be blamed for this issue they not only want to force their false religious beliefs but punish anyone who thinks otherwise or even generate an independent opinion.
Miscommunication
I was shocked to see many twitter and facebook responses about his attack. One of the most shocking opinion flowing on twitter was that, he is a notorious journalist who got what he deserved. This all started when ISI a Pakistani intelligence agency was thought to be blamed for the attack. As the discussion on the issue was shown live on local news channel where Hamid Meer worked, the picture of chief of ISI was shown live while the blame was being discussed. This was based on the statement given by Hamid Meer to many of his colleagues. This changed the opinions of the people of twitter from condolences to hate towards the TV channel. This show the immaturity of both the TV channel and people on twitter. As a student of law, I have develop an understanding towards a very widely spoken term "Innocent until proven guilty" and I believe in that too, but sadly many twitter followers started accusing the TV channel for defaming a state defence agency and armed forced without investigating the whole issue. At the same time, some TV anchors on the GEO TV channel started blaming the lack of security directly on intelligence and military organisation of state and showed the picture of chief of the agency during the blame discussion. The TV channel should have understood the gravity of the situation and the miscommunication that could be the result of this and should have shown the program accordingly to avoid any mishap. This miscommunication caused the flood of hatred tweets and facebook posts not only towards the TV channel but the journalist Hamid Meer as well. This hatred reach to a point where GEO news and Jung group had to issue a clear statement to deny any such misconception caused by the miscommunication, had they been careful and followed proper journalistic code while reporting and discussing the attack this whole incident could have been avoided.

Happy Easter
I wish
The days of celebration always excite me ALWAYS.
I wish they never end seeing people smile and forget everything to be jolly. The only bad part about these celebrations is that they last only a days or 3 days. I wish they were longer. I wish people could just forget their differences and celebrate every day. happiness should be obligatory for everyone. I get high on excitement seeing people celebrating occasions whether its facebook status for birthday, youtube video of event, or my own house event. Life is short and we should cherish every happy thought we have in our mind even if its tiny.
Happy Easter to all who celebrates.
Sunday post paradox
On Seventh day he (God) rested
Today is Sunday, following the law of common man I woke up late, to find out I have two classes for 6 hours back to back. Yes on SUNDAY, I know universe hates me. So, I didn't had time to read or share anything usual today, But I will leave you today with an interesting paradox that you can think about and give your feedback. I found it randomly going through Wikipedia pages. If you like physics, philosophy or just want your mind to be twisted into disbelieving reality, give this one a try.
Its called Zeno's Paradox of motion.
In the arrow paradox (also known as the fletcher's paradox), Zeno states that for motion to occur, an object must change the position which it occupies. He gives an example of an arrow in flight. He states that in any one (durationless) instant of time, the arrow is neither moving to where it is, nor to where it is not. It cannot move to where it is not, because no time elapses for it to move there; it cannot move to where it is, because it is already there. In other words, at every instant of time there is no motion occurring. If everything is motionless at every instant, and time is entirely composed of instants, then motion is impossible.

Women football tournament in Pakistan
Congratulation Baluchistan United
As a human rights activist especially women and children, I was pleased and delighted to hear this great establishment for the women of Baluchistan region of Pakistan, which is considered to be most backward province of the country. SPB Women Football Tournament 2014 was held in Karachi, It is the first women football tournament of its kind in the country.
motto
"United we play, United we win"
I hope to see more of such events to for Balochistan, in future. Balochistan government should bring this to light and provide them proper equipment, grounds and training centres, so that team can train harder and compete better. I would like to request Sports ministry of Balochistan to arrange for cricket and basketball training facility for women as well.
I would like to congratulate Balochistan United on their win, I wish them more success in future.

Cannibal Law
Shocked and Disgusted
We hear the phrase the ignorance of law is not an excuse, but what if you crime you did, had no penalty to it or punishment. Crime is considered wrong if their essence are wrong according to the statutory definition.A shocking and disgusting truth was discovered while I watching news, that we don't have a law to prosecute cannibals in Pakistan. The two brothers who committed this crime in Pakistan were let go free with a fine and were caught again next year committing those exact crimes, they are waiting to be released again because there is no law against the crimes they have committed. This made me think is it the criminal law (Pakistan Penal Code) that's at fault or the people who propose criminal law and had never brought this issue. Its not that this issue never existed in the world, throughout history we can see cannibals around the world.
So, why wasn't this entered in Penal code as crime? Did our government or law makers really thought that this crime will never be committed, that this act is so immoral, that it could never have been expected of us?
Off course the answers is YES. We as humans can never even think of eating another human being. Today in this civilised world, cannibalism can only be performed by people who are mentally ill. I am relieved to hear that High Court Of Lahore (Punjab, Pakistan) has issued the notice to the ministries for strict punishment of this crime. At the same time, I believe careful psychological testing might determine the cause of their act. The criminals should not only be prosecuted but should also be tested and researched upon, to find out what drive them to perform this heinous act. This information can be used to prevent such incidents in future

Army to take over security of Polio teams
Army to take over security of Polio teams
After reading this article in DAWN news I felt satisfied on the fact that our government is realising the threat of this disease. Although it saddens me that Pakistan is amongst the three unfortunate countries where the disease remains, but as Pakistani I am in debt of WHO, other international health organisations, and polio worker who are risking their lives help us eradicate this disease from Pakistan.
According to the article Pakistan's Government has asked Armed forces to provide security to the polio teams in KPK and FATA. This will not only boost the morales of polio teams but make their visit more effective. My request to Pakistani media to contribute towards creating awareness towards this disease, So that we can get rid of this problem once and for all.

Political Philosophy
Political Philosophy
Philosophy is a Greek word meaning love for wisdom, which comes from the word "Philo" meaning "Love" and "Sophia" meaning "wisdom".
Philosophy of everything has been changing throughout time. It encourages to ask questions and try to discover answers through observation and thought process. This quest for answers in the line of political philosophy has resulted in many discoveries. Starting from Greek democracy, Magna Carta, Capitalism, Communism, French and American Revolutions, Feminism, Libertarianism and recently Tea Party in US. These discoveries change the way we live life.
Question that relating to Politics are:
What society is best for progress?
What are the rights and responsibilities?
What system is the best for people?
All these questions are answered and regulated by government of state upon its citizen. The question that arises is that why do we need government to regulate these. The idea for the basic need for governance can be obtained from the early writings of Thomas Hobbes.
In his book leviathan, he gives us the situation where we live in a society, where there is no government. He calls it "state of nature". In state of nature a common man will develop many fears. Fear of theft; Things that he gained be stolen from him or taken from him by force. Fear of his and his family's life. There will be no force to regulate the rules for society. There will be nothing to constitute basic human laws. As a result people will waste their resource and energy to protect what they got, thus wastage of resources on their security will make the society less productive.
Thus we require a basic form of governing body to regulate interaction between people of its state, to stop them from wasting resources. That is where the role of government comes in. With state governing body regulating proper laws every human's right within that particular state will be safeguarded by the government. The laws will be made in accordance with demands and security of its people.
Please add your info in comments to further develop the basic Philosophy of Politics on this blog. Informative addition and constructive criticism will be much appreciated.
